If you get 400 philipine peso I’ll give you boardwalk and park place, but you can’t charge me rent on it unless you have a hotel.
Sounds like you are in the military. I don’t know the exchange rate there are lots of good websites that list it but you might want to try going to US dollars or Euroes before you move. Just thinking how likely is it you’ll get a good deal there or when you move.
