Any major Bank that exchanges Yen, Euro, etc will also be able to exchange Dinar. Because Dinar is not an official money or currency it is currently only traded in Iraq. 'The question is not 'IF' it happen but "WHEN" it happens! When Iraqi Dinar goes official exchange rate, you may exchange your dinars as follows;

Major Banks that offer currency exchange services. Any major Bank that exchanges Yen, Euro, etc will also be able to exchange Dinar. Because Dinar is not an official money or currency it is currently only traded in Iraq.

They don't deal with individuals. As an individual, you deal with any US bank that handles foreign currencies. Now I'm personally not aware of any that handle the new Iraqi Dinar yet, but that doesn't mean they're not out there. You could easily contact any of the large banks, like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc. and ask. If not, then you could try American Express Travel, which also does some currency exchange.
