I can give you the mint marks for U.S. coins but is a world coin I need to know what country it is from. Older coins with out a mint mark, as well as cents were struck at the Philadelphia mint, modern coins have a P. D is for Denver and on gold coins from 1838-1861 the D stood for Dahlonega, Ga. S is for San Francisco. O is for New Orleans. CC for Carson City,Nevada. C is on gold coins from 1838-1861 and stood for the Charlotte N.C. mint. The newest mint mark is W for the West Point Mint. We had one overseas mint and it was in Manila, Philippine Islands from 1925-1941, it used an M.
