I guess the Dinar value went up a tiny bit because when i go to the website, it says 1.000 USD = 1,153.50 IQD

LOL..that’s why banks all around the world bought up billions of dollars worth of Dinars, yes billions :/…Of course your Dinars not going to be worth anything now, but someday (as it use to) it will be over 2USD, count on it.
When you have War, that’s when you buy, not the other way around (only if new currency is made)…
It will go through the roof once they get out. The thing is, will they?..

idiot’s if you all know the iraqi dinar won equal 1 dollars by time..it will equal 1 USD=1IQD by january 2009 ..the bank will convert every 1000 dinar to 1 dinar..that means your 2000 will be 2 dinar in 2009..ALL OF YOU WILL BE LOOSING YOUR DREAMS

CBIraq is a scam. It’s not the Central Bank website.
There are dozens of other currencies that are more stable and with better returns.

XE is a joke. They have no clue about whats really going on with the Dinar. Sooner or later this thing will happen, either by RV or slow grow. When it does, us investers will be saying “See I told you so” to all the doubting libs

Funny thing, XE basically says the Iraqi dinar is a scam. Also their IQD/USD rates are always wrong.
To see the true exchange rate of the IQD see cbiraq dot org
That is the one true place to see the real exchange rate.
Why go through the hassle of doing it this way?
